NOTICE OF RESUMPTION OF ANNUAL MEETING:
Monday, September 13, 2021, 5:30pm EDT

To the Members of Sons of the Revolution in the State of New York, Inc.:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to Section XVI of the By-Laws, and resolutions of the Membership and the Board of Managers, the Annual Meeting of this Society commenced on December 4, 2020 has been adjourned to, and will be resumed on, Monday,  September 13,  2021, at 5:30 PM EDTexclusively in virtual format, for the purpose of the presentation of the Society’s Financial Statements for the Fiscal Years ended September 30, 2020 and September 30, 2019, together with the report thereon of Condon O’Meara McGinty & Donnelly LLP,  the Society’s independent auditor, and for the transacting of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.  (The election of officers and managers was completed on December 4, 2020.)

Members of the Society will have the opportunity to participate in this virtual meeting by telephone conference (dial-in).

This resumed portion of the Annual Meeting is being conducted exclusively as a “virtual meeting”, as permitted by Section 603(a) of the New York Not-For-Profit Corporation Law (as effective until December 31, 2021). Please do not come to Fraunces Tavern® Museum.

If you have already signed and submitted a “Proxy for the Regular Ticket” form in connection with the December 4, 2020 Annual Meeting, there is no need for you to submit another proxy, as the proxy you submitted is applicable by its terms  to any adjournments of that meeting. You may of course revoke any proxy you have submitted by written notice to the Society Office. A quorum for the transaction of business will be present by virtue of the proxies already submitted and the presence of a member of the Proxy Committee named in that form.

Copies of the described financial statements are available on the Sons of the Revolution website, or upon request to the Society office.
