PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to Section XVI of the By-Laws, and resolutions of the Membership and the Board of Managers, the Annual Meeting of this Society commenced on December 5, 2022 has been adjourned to, and will be resumed on, Monday, September 11, 2023 at 5:00 PM EDT, exclusively in virtual format, for the purpose of the presentation of the Society’s Financial Statements for the Fiscal Years ended September 30, 2022 and September 30, 2021, together with the report thereon of Condon O’Meara McGinty & Donnelly LLP,  the Society’s independent auditor, and for the transacting of such other business as may properly come before the meeting. 

This resumed portion of the Annual Meeting is being conducted exclusively as a “virtual meeting”, as permitted by Section 603(a) of the New York Not-For-Profit Corporation Law.
