On Saturday, August 22, 2026, Sons of the Revolution℠ in the State of New York, Inc., invites you to gather with us to commemorate the Patriots who fought in the Battles of Brooklyn and New York 250 years ago with a reception and dinner. The Reception begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Flag Gallery of Fraunces Tavern® Museum. Dinner will follow shortly thereafter, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Bissell Room of Fraunces Tavern® Restaurant.

Sons of the Revolution℠ in the State of New York and its Fraunces Tavern® Museum will also give attendees a chance to see the latest segment of our special United States Semiquincentennial exhibition, Path to Liberty: The Emergence of a Nation: The War Turns, December 1776–March 1777. This segment of the exhibition covers the War's movement from New York to New Jersey, covering the battles of Trenton and Princeton. These battles marked a turning point in the American Revolution for the Patriots.
